At a board of directors meeting April 9th, it was decided that there will be an annual general meeting held this year, with the place and time to be announced when the present restrictions from COVID-19 are lifted, so as to allow an annual meeting at which members can be present.
Should the restrictions not be lifted, the CTHS may be forced to hold the meeting by teleconference from its offices in Surrey, B. C. We will be in contact with all members to ensure they are apprised of the situation.
