Boarding for brood mares, race horses, weanlings, and yearlings available at StoneRidge Farm in Kelowna, B.C.  Large grass paddocks with V mesh fencing and shelters.  Indoor board is also available.  A fully equipped (including surgical suite) equine veterinary clinic is located on the farm.  Foaling services, both routine and high risk, are available in a separate foaling barn equipped with cameras and foaling alarms.  All mares are foaled personally by Dr. Sheila McDonald who has over 35 years experience in both the Thoroughbred industry and as an equine veterinarian.  We offer race horse layups plus rehabilitation services if desired, including shock wave therapy, acupuncture, therapeutic ultrasound, and diagnostic services including ultrasound and digital radiography.  Routine veterinary care can be provided such as dental work, vaccination, and worming.  Weanling and yearling board is also available, including sales preparation.  Boarding fees are in line with those charged by other interior farms.
StoneRidge Farm stands the Distorted Humor son Bakken, or we will trailer your mare to area stallions including Value Plus, Sungold, Storm Victory, Finality, and Mass Market.  We welcome the opportunity to work with problem or sub fertile mares.
