CTHS Board of Directors has Decided to Initiate a New Incentive

The CTHS Board of Directors has decided to initiate a new incentive, starting in 2013, for people to own BC-bred horses. The incentive is a two-year-old race series comprised of three races for colts and three races for fillies.

The races for the colts division:

BC Cup Nursery
Jack Diamond Futurity
Ascot Graduation

The races for the fillies division:

Debutante
Sadie Diamond Futurity
Fantasy

If a colt/filly wins all three races in its division the owner of the colt or filly will receive a bonus of $10,000 . The breeder of the successful colt or filly will also receive a bonus of $5,000 .

If the colt/filly wins the BC Derby or BC Oaks the following year, the owner will receive an added bonus of $25,000 .
